    If I could give this a lower rating I would. I had a at my son's I.M.S school, I emailed and called the president of I.M.S for a week and 2 day's and until this day she's never called me back, emailed me back NOTHING!!! She did however manage to show up for a meeting with the principal of St Raymonds of Penefort I.M.S. school for a meeting about my child WITHOUT ME!!! Now per the school handbook they were supposed to meet with me but they didn't and the fate of my son's education was decided without his legal parent or guardian.

    Low rating has you scared? Good. When we did our site visit I mentioned their low ratings and was given a really sweet line, "have you ever ordered flowers and they were beautiful? Did you leave a 5 star review? No? Yeah only the negatives get posted". And I was dumb enough to listen to them. Good luck ever getting a repair done that actually works, and you'll never see that security deposit back. I repainted, had all repairs done, heck even shampoo'd all the carpets TWICE. Should have had a nice deposit and the final invoice had insane charges for ridiculous things that brought it down to $100, and from what I hear that's pretty standard with them.

    This bank is the devil, my landlord is an account holder, and they expect me to show ID to make a cash deposit. that's insane. the whole bank is centered around forcing people to use the ATMs I had an account before where I was charged $8 every time I had to go I and speak to a teller.

    We’ve been here for 5 months and already had 4 water shut offs, a power outage, phones and internet were down twice, finishing in the apt is tacky as hell, coats racks falling (they used nails instead of wood screws “genius”) I had to fix myself, we paid to get accent walls and they painted the boarders the same color as the walls. (Everyone knows you’re supposed to leave boarders white.), there’s a paint drip on the light fixture in the bathroom, the towel bar fell out of the wall when I removed my towel to dry off, the toilet paper holder fell out when I had to wipe my ass...I can write forever!
